From weddings, corporate events to baby showers, birthdays or even intimate dinner parties, we believe that every client is unique. Our process starts with a consultation where we´ll learn more about you and your vision. Either face to face meeting, a conference call or an e-mail, with an amazing personal service we want to visualize what inspires you and understand the tone you want to set.

Some of the factors considered include:

  • Location
  • Time of year
  • Floral preference / season
  • Guest count / arrangements
  • Production and labor

From there we´ll create a custom proposal for you with a detailed description of every element, the amount of items you need and their price. Since first proposal is a starting point, we will need your feedback and we will make adjustments, suggestions or any change until we create a proposal that suits you perfectly.

Once the proposal and pricing is agreed, we will need for you to sign an agreement and provide a 50% deposit.  This will secure your event date and allow for us to begin planning the details.
Final payment is required two weeks prior to your event date.

Approximately 6 weeks before your event, we will work with you to finalize your invoice. This will enable us to place the orders for your event, and during the event, every detail is created and reviewed by Vanessa Jaimes.
